2.3 Account Limitations

Each User is permitted to hold only one account with forwin. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of funds. You must register your account under your own legal name and provide accurate, current, and complete information. Use of false identities, third-party information, or fraudulent documentation is prohibited and will result in permanent account termination.

3. Account Registration and Security

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we reserve the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (KTP), proof of address, bank statements, and selfie verification. You must provide these documents within 72 hours of our request. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges, until satisfactory documentation is received.

3.3 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

forwin supports deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and authorized e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and the maximum deposit per transaction is Rp 100,000,000 unless higher limits have been approved for VIP accounts. Deposits typically credit to your account within 5 minutes during banking hours.

4.2 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in your name. First-time withdrawal requests require account verification (KYC) before processing. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within 1-24 hours during banking hours.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions and Limits

Standard accounts have a maximum daily withdrawal limit of Rp 50,000,000 and monthly limit of Rp 500,000,000. VIP accounts benefit from higher limits based on tier status. Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is under investigation for potential Terms violations, if verification documents are pending review, or if unusual activity patterns are detected. forwin reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing withdrawals.

4.5 Fees and Processing Times

forwin does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Standard withdrawal processing time is 1-24 hours for verified accounts. Transfers initiated outside Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00 WIB) will be processed on the next business day. Weekend and public holiday withdrawals enter the banking system on the next business day.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms Overview

forwin offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and expiration dates. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable terms. Failure to meet bonus requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered (bet amount multiplied by wagering multiplier) on eligible games before conversion to withdrawable funds. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires total bets of Rp 3,000,000 before withdrawal eligibility. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements - slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.

5.3 Bonus Restrictions and Limitations

Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically removed from your account.

6. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

You agree to play fairly and not to engage in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or abuse of our services. Accounts flagged for irregular play may be suspended pending investigation, and any winnings may be voided.

6.3 Sports Betting Specific Rules

All sports bets are accepted subject to market availability and stake limits. forwin reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at our sole discretion. In the event of obvious errors in odds or lines (known as "palpable errors"), we reserve the right to void affected bets and recalculate winnings at correct odds. 6.4 Casino Game Rules

All casino games operate according to standard gaming rules provided by the respective software providers. Random Number Generators (RNG) ensure fair and random outcomes in all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time with professional dealers and are recorded for dispute resolution purposes. Game malfunctions void all affected bets and payouts. In case of disputes regarding game outcomes, forwin's decision based on game logs and provider records is final.

7. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

8. Account Termination and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. Pending bets will be settled according to normal rules before final balance calculation. Closed accounts cannot be reopened - you would need to register a new account subject to our eligibility requirements.

8.2 Suspension for Investigation

forwin reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily while we investigate potential violations of these Terms, suspicious activity patterns, or security concerns. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We reserve the right to terminate any account at our sole discretion with or without cause, provided we return your account balance (excluding any fraudulent winnings or bonus funds). We may refuse service to any individual or entity at any time for any reason. Accounts terminated without cause for breach will have legitimate balances returned within 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the forwin platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, videos, and trademarks, is the property of forwin or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without explicit written permission.
